Pollen packages collected from hives on March, April and May of 2013 wereused as working material. Pollens of some plant species honeybees using as pollen source on flora protein and mineral contents were determinated. Persimmon (Diospyros lotus L.), Daisy (Bellis perennis L.) and Walnut tree (Juglans regia L.) fresh pollens were stored in deep freezer and one year after analysed and evaluated statistically.

Analyse results show no significant difference for protein contents of all the pollens of plant species (p>0.05). According to mineral content, only pollens of persimmon (Diospyros lotus L.) for potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), iron (Fe) (p<0.01) and calcium (Ca) (p<0.05) amounts were found significant statistical.
