Apiary products which contain many active substances within, head the list of organic products. Researches showed that they have many positive effects on human health and keeps place on the agenda by apitherapy applications. The paper was aimed to investigate the researches related to apiculture products on the protection of animal health or performance enhancers in poultry industry are examined. The dissemination of the use of these products is thought to be a new alternative additives and therapeutics in such as organic livestock and sustainable animal production.
