After feeding and maintaining activities, colonies are moved to TIGEM Agricultural enterprise in Ulas County/ Sivas City in 2010 and Gulludere village in Askale/ Erzurum in 2011.

At the end of nectar flow season, when combs are sealed in 2/3 rate, honey is harvested at the same time from 3 colonies selected randomly and analyzed.

It is found that there is no significance difference statistically, between invert sugar, sucrose, humidity, HMF, pH, Asidity, Diastase number, Mg, Fe, Cu and Na amount of honey samples. But it is noted significance difference between conductivity, ash, K and Ca amounts of honey, statistically.

Mean values of honey produced in Sivas and Erzurum are conductivity: 0.643,0.600 qS/cm, ash: %0.260, % 0.300, K: 179.7 mg/kg, 292.333 mg/kg and Ca: 31.33 mg/kg 19.87 mg/kg. Keywords : Honey bee, honey, colony, biochemical analysis
